Hi, I’m Malika.
People usually arrive here because something has shifted.
Pain, tension, disrupted sleep, anxiety, hormonal changes, or a sense that the body is no longer moving in the way it once did. Often there’s been a long period of adapting, coping, or carrying on, until the body begins to ask for a different kind of attention.
My work is body-led and attentive. I practise Chinese medicine, acupuncture, and hands-on therapies, and sessions are shaped by what is present rather than by a fixed agenda. I pay close attention to how a system responds, and treatment unfolds in conversation with those responses.
Care, as I understand it, is shaped through contact, timing, and the conditions in which it is offered. When the body is met with clarity and steadiness, it often begins to signal what it needs next. Those signals guide the work as it continues.
This is a space for listening, for practical support, and for allowing things to reorganise in ways that can be felt in daily life. If that way of working resonates, you may already have a sense of whether this feels like the right place to begin.
“The approach felt thoughtful and unrushed. Having care held over time made a real difference, and I appreciated how responsive the support was.”
