My Approach
I meet each person as a living landscape, shaped by layers of experience and influence that have unfolded over time, each with its own story and dignity. Treatment plans are formed collaboratively, creating a shared sense of direction grounded in care, clarity, and intention. The rhythm of the work responds to both immediate needs and longer horizons, with space to pause, reflect, and adjust so the journey continues at a pace that feels true and well-held.

About Shiatsu
Zen Shiatsu is a Japanese bodywork practice that works through gentle, sustained pressure, stretches, and attentive touch along the body’s meridian pathways. Rooted in East Asian medicine and shaped by Zen philosophy, Zen Shiatsu meets the body as an interconnected whole, where physical sensations, emotional tone, and inner rhythm are not separate.
A Zen Shiatsu session often feels deeply settling. The touch is steady and listening-led, inviting the nervous system to soften and the breath to find its own ease. Some people experience a sense of quiet clarity or spaciousness, while others notice warmth, release, or a gentle reawakening of energy. Each session is different, shaped by what the body brings on the day.
Zen Shiatsu places particular emphasis on presence, quality of touch, and the relationship between practitioner and receiver. Rather than working to impose change, the practice creates the conditions for the body’s own intelligence to respond. This makes Shiatsu especially supportive during times of stress, transition, fatigue, or when the body feels out of rhythm and in need of rest.
About Craniosacral therapy
Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle, hands-on bodywork approach that supports the body’s capacity for regulation and repair. It works with subtle rhythms within the craniosacral system, using light, attentive touch to listen to how the whole system is organising itself.
Sessions often feel deeply restful. The pace is slow and unhurried, allowing space for held patterns to soften and for the nervous system to settle. People commonly describe a sense of spaciousness, grounding, or quiet integration, sometimes accompanied by subtle physical or emotional release.
Rather than directing the body, Craniosacral Therapy follows what is already present. This makes it especially supportive during times of overwhelm, recovery, or when the system feels overloaded and in need of gentleness and coherence.
About Acupuncture
Acupuncture is a traditional East Asian medicine practice that works with the body’s meridian system to support balance, circulation, and internal harmony. Fine, sterile needles are placed at specific points to encourage the smooth movement of Qi and blood, and to support the body’s innate regulatory processes.
An acupuncture session often brings a sense of settling and focus. Sensations may include warmth, heaviness, lightness, or gentle movement within the body, followed by a period of deep rest. Over time, treatment can support both immediate concerns and longer-term patterns, responding to the body as a connected whole rather than isolated symptoms.
Acupuncture is shaped by careful assessment, presence, and responsiveness, allowing treatment to evolve as the body changes.
About breathwork
Breathwork is a guided practice that works with conscious breathing to support regulation, awareness, and emotional processing. Through specific breathing patterns and attentive facilitation, breathwork invites a deeper relationship with the body’s internal landscape.
Sessions can feel grounding, clarifying, or energising, depending on the approach used and what is present on the day. Breath can bring sensation, memory, or emotion into awareness, offering an opportunity to meet these experiences with support and curiosity.
Breathwork is experiential and embodied, creating space for insight, release, and reconnection. It can be particularly supportive during periods of transition, stress, or when words feel insufficient and the body needs another way to speak.
